    Jeff, thanks for the post.
    Best Buy certainly has a refreshing perspective re: its communication w/ customers (conversation as opposed to broadcast). While I haven’t approached Best Buy through a social media channel, I have approached other large corporations with both positive and corrective feedback and am always amazed at how few bother to even acknowledge the message.
    From my perspective, most businesses do a better job of blasting promotions through their social media channels than they do of actually conversing with customers and building relationships.

    Awesome post Jeff!!! I knew they were really into social media however did not know exactly how far they were taking it. They have really embraced the technology and leveraged it into areas they I wouldn’t have naturally thought of until reading this. I think the most amazing part is they have not killed their social media use by over regulation. Well done!!
