I am a bit technology challenged, but I’m trying hard to jump on board these new platforms for marketing. I am currently working on a Facebook fan page, a blog, twitter and a website for interior designers called Avaliving.com. A blog is the perfect platform for interior designers, with the ability to post pictures and video…it’s perfect for my business! The learning curve is hard though, I look forward to the day when I have a complete grasp on all of it!

Ho Jeff, very interesting post and video!
Even though I perfectly know all the things you’ve mentioned in the video, it’ nice to hear them explained in a new and smart way like you did…
I currently use social media as the main marketing tool for my clients (mostly Hotels and Restaurants) and we get measurable results that they even not expected! So I believe this the right way to promote a business online…
I’m looking forward to seeing your next videos right here and soon!
    ciao!

Fantastic Jeff glad to see you practicing what you preach with using video and how important it is to using it as part of your marketing strategy. I was reading your video article yesterday and we have been using this in our business for the last 8 months with enormous impact and international exposure.

I look forward to your ongoing videos and your take on social media in the future.
    Cheers

Currently going through a rebranding of a 120+year old not for profit organization. Social Media is a big topic of conversation. I love social media and am the person responsible for the direct contact with referrals or customers. Our PR deptartment is very embedded in the corporate communication strategy where everything is very rigid and everything, pretty much talks about us. I know social media can be helpful, so will be watching your series for tools! I need all the help I can get to get us less pretentious!

    Jeff,

I like the video, which allows you to project your personality more than text alone. Any chance you could add a graphic to pull the list and numbers together for visual reinforcement?

Looking forward to the next one.

    Thanks,
